dc.description.abstractThe deposited data set contain: 1) Simulated two-photon imaging data under stimulus-driven and spontaneous conditions 2) Two-photon imaging data from the mouse auditory cortices (Kanold Lab, UMD). Please refer to the readme.txt for further details. These data are used in the article 'Direct Extraction of Signal and Noise Correlations from Two-Photon Calcium Imaging of Ensemble Neuronal Activity' and are disseminated for public use in the spirit of easing reproducibility. The MATLAB implementation of the algorithms used in this work are deposited on GitHub at https://github.com/Anuththara-Rupasinghe/Signal-Noise-Correlation.en_US
