Abstract
This quantitative study involved principals, lead teachers, and classroom teachers from 27 elementary schools and measured their perceptions on six characteristics of a PLC through the lens of the Professional Learning Community Assessment--Revised (PLCA-R) survey instrument developed by researchers at the Southwest Educational Development Laboratory (SEDL).
