Digitization projects compete for funding and other resources with other programmatic functions of archives and libraries. The speakers in this session will discuss their strategies for transforming digitization activities from ad-hoc projects into a systematic part of their operations. They will also compare the business models or strategies employed by institutions with differing sizes, staffing levels, and funding models to identify and secure funding, prioritize resources and projects, and manage digitization projects to completion.en_US
