Abstract of the panel: From material selection to assessment, the process for digital exhibits is dramatically different from that of physical exhibits. The lack of best practices and the inherent flexibility of the web have resulted in a wide variety of approaches. Speakers in this session will discuss considerations for the planning and development of digital exhibits, design and implementation, defining a successful exhibit, current digital exhibit practices, and utilizing user experience evaluation techniques to develop a digital exhibit program and create successful digital exhibits.en_US
