dc.description.abstract	This paper highlights changes in the character Aragorn, between J. R. R. Tolkien's novel The Lord of the Rings and Peter Jackson's film adaptation of the same title. I make the argument that the change in medium from print to film changes the type of hero that Aragorn becomes, showing this change alongside other heroes in the story.	en_US
