Abstract
This presentation was given at a workshop sponsored the UM Libraries' Digital Reference Committee, April 6, 2005 in the Special Events Room, McKeldin Library. It examines the changes in library reference in McKeldin Library from 1970--2005 and considers the factors involved in changing reference trends.
