This report evaluates existing Libraries’ general instruction programs and makes recommendations for new curriculum and general improvements. This study is broad in scope, looking into new ways of teaching and utilizing technology, including blended instruction and flipped classroom models, recommending new curriculum and identifying the best staff that could potentially provide these services
