    This presentation includes an overview of Maryland's smart growth programs. Slides include information about subdivision changes in Carroll, Baltimore, and Harford County from 1960-2007, as well as land in conservation programs and forest cover changes in those counties. There is additional information about transfer development rights (TDR) programs, including an overview of the TDR program in Calvert County.
