An overview of resident librarian programs generally and specifically the program at Temple University Libraries; how members of the Special Collections Research Center within Temple Libraries developed a project plan for a residency rotation in that department; the methods and tools used to train and educate a resident librarian on archival practice; the project deliverables, lessons learned, and reflections about the project and its impact on the resident librarians’ work.
