    Abstract
Do you feel your library could have more customers? We do. This program will present a variety of initiatives designed to attract specific groups of new, potential, and infrequent customers to resources and services in both academic and public libraries. It will include ideas about selecting members for an outreach team, and choosing successful marketing tactics.
    Notes
Panel presentation at the Maryland Library Association (MLA), Ocean City, MD. Other panelists: Gergana Kostova, University of Maryland, Baltimore County and Simmona Simmons, University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
