As universities meet their physical, political, and social campus boundaries, they must decide how to progress. University stakeholders, from students & faculty to neighbors & alumni, engage the campus boundary as they traverse between city and campus. Thus, the campus edge becomes a physical manifestation of overlapping and interconnected stakeholder identities.
