Thank you for your email. The author or the author's employer has the right to deposit either the 
author's final version or the APS-prepared version on the University of Maryland website (employer's 
website) as long as each of the following conditions is met.

1. The author was employed by the University of Maryland at the time of publication.
2. No fee is charged. 
3. The institutional repository must be the repository for the University of Maryland only (not joint with 
other universities or other entities). 
4. The appropriate bibliographic citation and notice of the APS copyright must be included.
