Macek, AndrewThis thesis explores the survival of existing stadiums through the revival of the traditional stadium site into new urban centers. The importance of this project is clear through its historic isolation of traditional stadium sites, resulting in urban fabric deserts. Stadium site revival is implemented through the utilization of undeveloped hardscape to increase urban density and the application of new community connections.
