dc.description.abstractFeedback control of bifurcation and chaos in nonlinear dynamical systems is discussed. The article summarizes some of the recent work in this area, including both theory and applications. Stabilization of period doubling bifurcations and of the associated route to chaos is considered. Open problems in bifurcation control are noted.en_US
