Digitization has created opportunities for the virtual reunification of dispersed material, opening possibilities to better understand the context of their creation or collection and the relationships among them. Jeff Edelstein will present the process by which the JDC Archives has been able to incorporate several fugitive collections, confiscated by Communist governments and inaccessible throughout the Cold War era, into its collections database and the flexible approach required to do so.en_US
