dc.description.abstract | African Americans, Latinos, and American Indians are severely underrepresented in the health professions. Improving the diversity of the health professions requires multiprong strategies addressing the educational pipeline, admissions policies and the institutional culture at health professions schools, and the broader policy environment. | |
