dc.description.abstract | A new WorldPublicOpinion.org poll in India finds that two out of three Indians believe that Iran is trying to develop nuclear weapons and most are concerned about this. Though India itself was the first new country to test a nuclear weapon in the period after the Non-Proliferation Treaty was established in 1968, a majority of Indians believe that the United Nations should try to prevent countries from acquiring nuclear weapons. | en_US |
