This report documents the evolution and impact of a creative placemaking partnership between Dance Exchange, the University of Maryland (UMD), the Purple Line Corridor Coalition (PLCC), and the Takoma Langley Crossroads Development Authority (TLTCDA). Together, these partners engaged artists, students, faculty, residents, and local leaders in reimagining public space and community belonging in the context of rapid transit-oriented development and neighborhood change.
