dc.description.abstractHealth care will come directly to the doorsteps of some East End residents starting early next year. The University of Pittsburgh's Center for Minority Health launched its Healthy Black Family Project yesterday in an effort to combat diabetes and hypertension among African Americans in Pittsburgh.
