Abstract
This report establishes a connection between the field of requirementsengineering and the Semantic Web. The basis of the connection comes fromidentifying both environments as Systems of Systems. The connectionbrings an ability to apply design strategies and solutions from theSemantic Web to current day requirements engineering problems. Thishas immediate and long term advantages over current industry tools.
