A faunistic study of the longhorned woodboring beetles of the West Indies is presented. Museum specimens and material from recent collecting expeditions have yielded various new species, new records, and a number of taxonomic questions needing investigation. A revision of the acanthocinine genus <em>Styloleptus</em> Dillon is presented. Thirteen new species are described: <em>Styloleptus anegada</em> Micheli, <em>S. duartensis</em> Micheli, <em>Antilleptostylus guilartensis</em> Micheli & Micheli, <em>Leptostylopsis guanica</em> Micheli & Micheli, <em>Leptostylopsis yukiyu</em> Micheli & Micheli, <em>Leptostylopsis monin</em> Micheli & Micheli, <em>Urgleptes borikensis</em> Micheli & Micheli, <em>Plectromerus lingafelteri</em> Micheli & Nearns, <em>Plectromerus ramosi</em> Micheli & Nearns, <em>Elateropsis julio</em> Lingafelter & Micheli, <em>Pseudothonalmus woodleyi</em> Lingafelter, Micheli, & Guerrero, <em>Styloleptus taino</em> Lingafelter & Micheli, and <em>Distenia puertoricensis</em> Lingafelter & Micheli. The larva of <em>Parandra tavakiliani</em> is described. Fourteen new synonymies and six new combinations are included.
