This presentation discusses the disability of autism in relation to the archives and addresses several questions: What is Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? How do people with ASD work in other workplaces? What can we expect when archives employ people with ASD? Examples of other workplaces that employ people “on the spectrum” and literature discussing the same are provided.
