    Abstract
    This is a sample contract developed by the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics and the Agriculture Law Education Initiative to aid CSA operators in developing their own written contracts.

    This sample contract is intended to provide general information and should not be construed as providing legal advice. This contract is designed to help community supported agriculture (CSA) operators in developing their own. We have provided both a fillable pdf and a Word doc version of the model contract.
