This folder also contains fitting parameters of electric circuit model and the properties calculated based on those parameters.

    F. Al-Si-Cu:
raw data of electrical measurement using the Al-Si-Cu diagnostic device: PEIS experiment. This folder also contains fitting parameters of electric circuit model and the properties calculated based on those parameters.

2. Relationship between files:

This repository is organized such that each separate folder contains text files that
were directly extracted from experimental procedures. The levels of folders are:

	- Level 1: device type that was experimentally measured (eg. Al-XXXX-Cu_device)
	- Level 2: type of experimental technique of the raw data (eg. PEIS, CV) and/or fitting parameters extracted from electric circuit models
	- Level 3 (if necessary): specifications of the experimental technique (eg. voltage
increase/voltage decrease)

As an example, raw data of the impedance response as a function of frequency of the
Al-LiPON-Cu device taken at 1080 mV during an increase voltage ramp can be found at
the following repository path:

Al-LiPON-Cu\SPEIS\Al-LiPON-Cu_SPEIS - voltage increaseAl-LiPON-Cu_SPEIS_voltage_increase_1080mV_cycle7.txt

3. Are there multiple versions of the dataset? No

METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION
--------------------------

1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data:

Electrical measurements were taken using a probe station inside an Argon-filled glovebox. For every measured device, the counter/reference electrode was the copper contact, while the working electrode was the copper contact.

2. Instrument- or software-specific information needed to interpret the data:
A potentiostat (BioLogic, SP-300) was used to perform the electrical measurements, and Ec-lab was the software used to export the acquired data to text files.

All data presented in this repository can be opened using a text reader.

3. Standards and calibration information, if appropriate:
Area of every measured device: 0.15 cm^2
Mass of cathode electrode: 18.1 micrograms

4. Describe any quality-assurance procedures performed on the data:
Materials used in the fabrication process were previously developed by the authors. Replicates of complete devices (Al-LVO-LiPON-Si-Cu device) were tested to ensure reproducibility of the charge-discharge profile.

5. People involved with sample collection, processing, analysis and/or submission:
