MEG dataset collected for a study on minor stroke patients. Full details of experiment design, stimuli and data preprocessing can be found in the following article. Bilaterally Reduced Rolandic Beta Band Activity in Minor Stroke Patients - Frontiers in Neurology https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fneur.2022.819603/abstract Please cite the above article when using this dataset. Analysis code can be found at https://github.com/jpkulasingham/minor-stroke-beta For additional information, contact Joshua P. Kulasingham joshuapk@terpmail.umd.edu Description of the dataset follows below. meg: MEG and source localization files within a folder for each subject Note: subject R2667 left the MEG dewar mid-experiment and therefore has two head position measurements. R26672 folder has data from subject R2667 for the second part of the experiment with the approprate source localization files. Each subject folder contains following files - subject_visit_task-raw.fif preprocessed raw fif files for each visit and task (200 Hz sampling rate) Maxwell filtering (tsss), 1-40 Hz bandpass filtering and ICA for artifact rejection have been applied - subject_visit_task-cov.fif Noise covariance estimated from emptyroom data for source localization. - subject_visit_task_tstart.pkl time of trial start - subject_visit_task_triggers.csv trigger information used to extract epochs - MRI scaling parameters.cfg the scaling transform from subject to fsaverage. - subject_visit_task-fwd.fif forward solution for source localization
