WHAT IS IT?

This model introduces the concept of multiperiod utility which drives the concept of "hardhsip" in the rebellion model. This is a diversion of what we see in the standard rebellion model.

This introduces a multi-period utility concept where each time period is equally weighted. The intertemporal change is set as a random number as part of a random number drawn from a normal distribution with a mean and std dev set by the user.

Zero Growth Model
0 growth .3std dev , .2 threshold, .65 legitimacy, 3.5% cop density, 85% Agent Density --> Breakout of violence BEFORE the shock. Note after breakout of violence the persistency continues.

Slight positive growth

--> No breakout of violence even during 10 period utility loss

Slight negative growth
--> No violent outbreak until around tick 400. No break out during the utility loss in period 60-70
