Phbanding.xls contains records of Phyllostomus hastatus that were captured or recaptured between 1990 and 2015 in Trinidad, West Indies. Most of the captures occurred in a cave, either in one of the valleys in the northern range, i.e. Caura, Lopinot, or Guanapo, or in Tamana cave, which is located in Tamana hill. Explanations for the codes used in the table are given on a separate worksheet. Babysitting.xls contains a summary of observations of babysitting events recorded during 1 hr censuses of Guanapo cave during a 10 day period in 2001. Band numbers of females are listed along with the date they gave birth and whether they were present or absent between 1900-2000, when most other bats are out foraging.
